BRIDPORT HEALTH

As per our returns policy, please make sure all products (both open and sealed) are suitably protected in transit, as we cannot accept any stock back into our hub that has any obvious signs of damage.

Please include a copy of the original packing slip or confirmation of your order number  /name and address, to the following address....

We also strongly advise that the package is shipped using a traceable shipping service and that is it insured against any loss in transit to cover the value of the purchase price especially as the order is over $75 as it is in this case.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the stock.

After a successful return your refund will be processed, this will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please follow the instructions above to avoid any issues.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please do send me the tracking details so we can monitor the status of the return.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Opened products cannot be returned.
 
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and return your item to us.
 
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Bridport Health is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, BRIDPORT HEALTH will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

I am so confident that you will be pleased with the effectiveness of our online products that your purchase that I offer all of my  customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee!

However, if you are not completely satisfied with any of my self-hypnosis programs simply email your refund request within 60 days of the first purchase date and I will happily refund you in full. This excludes LIVE events.

This excludes LIVE events and monthly recordings which are not designed for multiple use.

The monthly subscription-based program Mind Maintenance is non-refundable, but the subscription can be cancelled at any time prior to the next charge.
